This book is a special issue of Daido Moriyama, in addition to monochrome shots taken in Shanghai, Moriyama's presentation also introduces the works of Emi Anrakuji and Ken Kitano.
Daido Moriyama, who has been active on the front lines since the 1960s, is one of the symbolic figures of postwar Japanese photography along with Nobuyoshi Araki. Starting with the maiden work "Japan, A Photo Theater" published in 1968, after collaborating on "Provoke", "Goodbye Photographs / Farewell, Photography / Bye Bye Photography (1972)" and "Hunter" / A Hunter (1972) ”,“ Light & Shadow (1982) ”in the 80's,“ Journey to Nakaji (1987) ”in the 80's, and“ Hysterics ”in the 90's.
